LeBron James is the star of the game thus far, scoring 19 points, grabbing six rebounds, dishing out three assists and helping to hold Kevin Durant to just eight points on four shots. James scored 13 of those points in the second quarter, hitting all six of his field goals. Mario Chalmers added 12 points for Miami, though all of those came in the first quarter.
The Thunder had the most success in the middle portions of the half. They closed the first quarter strong to cut an 11-point deficit down to three, then tied the game at 39 with seven minutes and 33 seconds remaining in the second quarter. But the Heat went on a 10-2 run from there to regain control.
