With three very close, very controversial fights between Juan Manuel Marquez and Manny Pacquiao already in the books it was a near certainty that the Vegas oddsmakers would have their fourth fight with close odds.
Pacquiao vs. Marquez latest odds show Manny as slight favorite
Manny Pacquiao is as low as a -250 favorite for his fourth bout with Juan Manuel Marquez in their HBO boxing pay-per-view fight.

As of midnight Pacquiao was as heavy as a -280 favorite and as small as -250. Marquez was available at odds as good as +250 while some books had him as close as +190. For reference, -250 would mean that you would have to bet $250 to win $100, while +250 would mean that a winning $100 bet would earn you $250. So Pacquiao is the favorite, but not by a huge margin in terms of big time boxing.
There is also a prop bet for the length of the fight. The bout going over 10.5 rounds (1:30 in round 10) is at -260 while under 10.5 rounds is +180. So the oddsmakers aren’t expecting this one to end in an early knockout.
The bout will air Saturday night on HBO pay-per-view.
