Franklin Templeton Shootout 2012 scores: Sean O’Hair and Kenny Perry take the lead after two rounds

Defending champions Keegan Bradley and Brenden Steele are six shots off the lead, with Sean O’Hair and Kenny Perry leading the way after two rounds of the Franklin Templeton Shoutout. O’Hair and Kenny shot 11-under par for the best score on the day, finishing the second round at -19.

After leading with a 10-under par first round, Davis Love III and Brandt Snedeker shot 7-under to finish in the second spot at -17.

The Franklin Shootout is held annually at Tiburon Gold Club in Naples, Florida and is hosted by golf legend Greg Norman. It is scheduled after the last money event of every PGA season. Each round has a separate method of scoring: Round 1 is a modified alternate shot, Round 2 is better ball and Round 3 is a scramble.

Other pairings involved in the tournament are Jason Dufner and Vijay Singh (-15), Stewart Cink and Carl Pettersson (-15), Charles Howell III and Rory Sabbatini (-15) and Dustin Johnson and Ian Poulter (-12). Greg Norman is also participating, pairing himself with Fredrick Jacobsen. The pair finished the second round at four-under par.

The third an final round continues tomorrow, with a $3 million purse up for grabs.
