Can you imagine Dolphins QB Dan Marino as a pitcher? Or Michael Vick as an outfielder for the Rockies?

↵↵They’re just two of 63 high school or college quarterbacks who were drafted by MLB teams as well as NFL teams over the last 45 years; Baseball America has the whole list.

Some of them -- Joe Mauer and Adam Dunn, in particular -- did play baseball. But others, like John Elway, headed to the NFL.
