In the first round I soundly defeated SAM MONTGOMERY HUGS REF, 928 to 429. Generally speaking, videos have absolutely no place in an animated GIF tournament, but Christmas Ape made this and it’s too good not to share:

I threw the tournament into chaos last week. After remaining in an impossibly tight race with THE WORST SWING EVER, hockey fans made a last-minute push in the voting. I gained about 500 votes in the final 10 minutes to emerge with a win, 1,101 to 679.
Some called shenanigans, and they were right. Shenanigans are encouraged in this tournament. Feel free to shamelessly lobby for votes. It may be the only hope I have of defeating a 1-seed.
