Just a couple of weeks ago, Jose Canseco announced that he was joining the Quintana Roo Tigers of the Mexican League. He was really, really excited. Unfortunately, he refused to take a drug test because he knew he would test positive for elevated levels of testosterone.
‘Dolph Lundgren Is Jose Canseco ...’
That’s kind of sad, actually. But what interests me more as a nascent screenwriter and movie buff is that Canseco is already turning this into a thriller and writing his own taglines:
The truth will always be in the center of controversy

I don't get it the more I tell the truth the more I am hated wow we are headed for self destruction

Someone big wants me out of Mexico .question is who and y

Who is behind the conspiracy and the lies

I am going to play baseball again even if I have to die trying

I’d pay $11 to watch that. It’s like Bourne Identity meets Bull Durham. You could even get Ozzie in on the action and make it Adaptation meets Field of Dreams. Canseco says that the testosterone is a legal prescription, but we’ll have to edit that out of the final project.
