Despite (or perhaps because of) this landscape, there are accidental slices of truth and beauty that deserve to be highlighted, which is why I’ve started a series called YouTube Appreciation.

Today’s installment is about parahawking in Nepal. What’s parahawking, you ask? Just a simple activity that combines paragliding with falconry. It would be the whitest activity ever invented, but the people in the video forgot to bring Greek yogurt.
