In The Interest Of Fairness

We've written about the Dodgers' controversial triple play from Sunday. We've written about the Red Sox's controversial loss from Monday. So as long as we're hung up on umpires, here's the final pitch from Monday's game between the Tigers and the Royals.

The setting: it's 3-2 Tigers in the bottom of the ninth. There are two outs, and the bases are loaded. Justin Verlander has thrown 130 pitches, and the count is 2-and-2 to Alex Gordon. I'm not passing judgment. I'm just here to facilitate your passing judgment.

Here’s the PITCHfx report of the at-bat, and here’s the PITCHfx report of the game. Again, I’m not saying anything. I’m giving you a chance to say whatever you want. (Within reason.)
