The Chicago White Sox' John Danks has had a rough go of it this season.
John Danks DL’d With Shoulder Tightness
The White Sox lefty has struggled this season. It could be the result of shoulder soreness, which is sending him to the DL.


On Sunday against the Chicago Cubs, though, he had his best start of the season, allowing no runs in 6⅓ innings. Manager Robin Ventura lifted him after 83 pitches, and now we know why:

This, though, sounds pretty ominous:
Danks believes he'll return on June 4, said he felt soreness in area he never felt discomfort before (behind left shoulder)

June 4 would be the earliest date Danks could return, but if he felt soreness in an area he’d never felt discomfort before, that could indicate a more serious issue. In the meantime:
