That trend of parity also holds for Monaco in particular, as five separate drivers have won the last five Monaco Grand Prix.

The 2012 Monaco Grand Prix provides some of the most exciting racing in the world, and it’s a wide open and unpredictable field yet again.
The race is 78 laps around the street course of Monte Carlo. In total, the race covers 161.879 miles, and it’s a wild and unpredictable ride. Defending champion Sebastian Vettel sums up the nature of the driving at the Monaco Grand Prix, stating that it’s no place for “sissies.”
“This is no place for sissies and Sunday drivers. Cruising will not do here -- you have to go to the limit every single lap. That is what makes Monaco so special in the car. The atmosphere and flair of the city is just an extra.”
Vettel will look to repeat on Sunday, racing for Red Bull-Renault again. He’s also atop the standings this year after a win in Bahrain in April. The race will begin at 8:00 a.m. ET with television coverage provided by the Speed Channel. The broadcast on Speed will begin at 7:30 a.m. ET and is scheduled to run until 10:00 a.m. ET.
