On Friday evening against the Saints, Jacksonville Jaguars second-year quarterback Blaine Gabbert threw for 112 yards and touchdowns, in what perhaps his best showing yet. He went 13 for 16, and linked up with his new target, first round wide receiver, Justin Blackmon on a couple occasions. After a rough start to his career, Gabbert his looking to forge ahead with a team that seems to be building around him.

Analysis: After being the second quarterback taken in the 2011 NFL Draft, Gabbert disappointed as a rookie. This offseason, the Jaguars signed and drafted wide receivers Laurent Robinson and Justin Blackmon to make Gabbert's job easier. In addition to his new weapons, if Gabbert has made personal strides as a quarterback, he could be a sleeper as a backup in fantasy leagues.
