After Petaluma beat Parsippany, New Jersey with a walk-off victory, Gomes was really, really excited.
No, that was a pie to the face. He got a pie to the face. A pie to the face, everybody. He was excited, so Brandon Inge hit him with a pie to the face.
Well, Inge swung the pie and missed the first few times, but he was able to catch it each time.
