The United States are not yet in a truly must-win situation, but if they fail to take all three points from Jamaica on Tuesday, they will go into the next international date needing two straight wins to reach the hexagonal round of CONCACAF qualifying. Over their last 19 matches at home, the USMNT has managed 17 wins and two draws, with no losses. Following Friday's debacle in Kingston, anything less than a win will be a disaster for Jurgen Klinsmann.

Only one change to the United States lineup is certain. Clarence Goodson is out through yellow card accumulation and will be replaced in the lineup by captain Carlos Bocanegra. The poor performance by the United States in their last game will force Klinsmann to at least consider other changes, but he hasn't sounded too concerned about his team's ability to right the ship in the aftermath of Friday's loss, so don't be stunned if he picks largely the same team.
