There’s a Notre Dame football commercial we need to talk about. It is below:

It’s nothing earth-shattering, aside from this guy taking the director’s “stand up and start cheering” direction to mean, “bust out your Arsenio Hall.”

Something stuck out at me, though: this didn’t quite capture the endless ennui of Notre Dame football, and of the state of Indiana in general. As such, we asked our own Clay Wendler to cut this commercial into something more grounded in the Indiana experience:
