Brian Gay will take home over $1 million of a $5.6 million purse after winning the 2013 Humana Challenge in a playoff Sunday. Gay finished in a three-way tie with David Lingmerth and Charles Howell III at 25-under after 72 holes. Gay and Howell birdied the first playoff hole to eliminate Lingmerth, who made bogey. Gay then birdied the second playoff hole to take out Howell, who also made bogey.
