The Winter X Games in Aspen saw a terrifying moment Sunday night when Jackson Strong, attempting a flip in a Snowmobile Freestyle event, had to bail mid-jump, but couldn’t turn off the throttle. After Strong crash landed, the snowmobile, somehow, landed right-side up and took off like a rocket into the crowd, hitting what appeared to be a young person.

A scary moment happened Sunday night at the Winter X Games when a crash on a snowmobile jump took a turn for the worst.

The situation appears to be even worse, because Jackson Strong hasn’t practiced very much on his snowmobile.
As you can see from that video, Strong decided to buy his own snowmobile and come to Aspen, not really thinking too much about the consequences. Hopefully everyone is OK, but hopefully more people think these sorts of things through.
