Milwaukee police are currently investigating Bucks center Larry Sanders for his role in a Sunday morning bar fight, and sources of 620 WTMJ radio allege the big man punched one man in the face and smashed a bottle over another's head.

The incident took place in the VIP section of the club Apartment 720 in Milwaukee. At 1:15 a.m. Sunday, Sanders, 24, allegedly broke a bottle over one victim’s head as security attempted to break up a fight and also punched that victim’s brother, according to the report.
One man had a cut on his forehead, which he told police was from a broken bottle. The victims were treated at a local hospital, and one required eight stitches, according to the report.
Police confirmed to 620 WTMJ that the suspect in the fight is 24 years old.

Before Milwaukee's game on Wednesday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Bucks coach Larry Drew said Sanders would miss the game because of a thumb injury but added that his center was under investigation for an incident. Before the game, the Bucks released a statement saying they were aware of the situation.
“We are aware of an incident from Saturday evening,” the Bucks said in a release. “The matter is under investigation and Larry Sanders is cooperating fully. At this time we will have no further comment.”
Sanders received a four-year, $44 million contract extension from his expiring rookie deal this summer but has struggled thus far under Drew, who is in his first year as Milwaukee’s coach. The Bucks center is playing 17.3 minutes per game and averaging 2.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and two blocks per game.
