eBay Item of the Day: Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys?

This 1983 Mike Armstrong entry has made many all-time worst baseball card lists. What strikes me about it, though, is how much he resembles Bubbles (as played by Mike Smith) of the Trailer Park Boys; especially in card’s smaller picture.
