No. 6 Gonzaga rolls over Pepperdine

USA TODAY SportsNo. 6 Gonzaga jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, defeating Pepperdine, 82-56. The win improves the Bulldogs to 22-2 on the season and improves them to 9-0 in the WCC.
Gonzaga started quickly with a 16-2 run that put Pepperdine in an early hole. The Bulldogs extended the lead to 35-20 at the half. Gonzaga was able to maintain that lead in the second half thanks to some poor shooting by the Waves and more frequent turnovers.
