The first round of the MAC men’s basketball tournament starts on Monday with three first-round games.

In the top-half of the bracket, the No. 8 Buffalo Bulls will host the No. 9 Central Michigan Chippewas. The Bulls already defeated the Chippewas at home this season, winning by a comfortable 91-73 margin. The winner of the game will move on to face the No. 5 Ball State Cardinals in the second round of the tournament.
In the bottom-half of the bracket, the No. 7 Eastern Michigan Eagles will face the No. 10 Northern Illinois Huskies, while the No.6 Bowling Green Falcons will host the No. 11 Miami (OH) Redhawks. Bowling Green split their season series with Miami, while Eastern Michigan swept Northern Illinois during the regular season. The winner of the Eagles/Huskies matchup will face the winner of the Falcons/Redhawks game in the second round of the tournament.
All three first-round games will tip-off at 7 p.m ET, and will be played at the arena of the higher seed. For a link to the full bracket, please click here.
