Jamie SabauEven if you’re not a huge fan of Canadian major junior hockey, you’ve probably heard of the Halifax Mooseheads at some point in the last year. That’s because two of their players, Nathan MacKinnon and Jonathan Drouin, are expected to be top-10 picks in the NHL entry draft this summer.
Halifax outshot the Seadogs 59-19, and Frk capitalized on the numerous chances with five goals and three assists. In fact, he had a hat trick by the middle of the second period. For those interested, MacKinnon had two goals and Drouin had six assists.
