Tiger Woods shot a final-round 70 at Bay Hill Country Club Monday, holding off Justin Rose to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational for the eighth time. 2013 Arnold Palmer Invitational results: Tiger Woods wins, regains No. 1 ranking
Tiger Woods won his eighth Arnold Palmer Invitational Monday and returned to the top of the World Golf Rankings.

Woods finished the tournament 13-under par, two strokes better than Rose. He made his biggest move Saturday, when he shot a 6-under 66 to take the lead. Woods bogeyed three of the final 11 holes on Monday, but five birdies allowed him to hold onto his advantage. Rose finished the final round with four birdies and two bogeys.
Keegan Bradley, Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano, Mark Wilson and Rickie Fowler tied for third, finishing 8-under par. Bradley and Wilson were the biggest movers among that group on the final day, as they both improved seven spots over the final 18 holes. Bradley and Wilson each shot 1-under 71 on the last day of the tournament.
Thorbjorn Olesen placed seventh at 7-under, while Henrik Stenson, Jimmy Walker, Ken Duke, William McGirt and Bill Haas tied for eighth at 6-under.
Phil Mickelson missed the weekend cut, shooting 8-over through the first two rounds. Among the competitors who advanced to play the final 36 holes, Graeme McDowell was likely the most disappointed. McDowell shot a 3-under 69 on Monday, but after struggling through the first three rounds, he finished in a tie for 45th at 2-over par.
