Pat Summerall was an undisputed legend when it comes to sportscasting. We at SB Nation were obviously all saddened by his passing last week. It did, however, give us a chance to head down a YouTube rabbit hole of Summerall’s greatest hits. Much of his excellent work is available forever on the video sharing site.
Pat Summerall: Emo video superstar
Did you know the late, legendary play-by-play man guest starred in a Forever the Sickest Kids video? You didn’t? Great!

What you are about to see ... is not one of those things.
In 2011, Summerall made a cameo in a video by Dallas-based B/C-list emo hitmakers Forever the Sickest Kids’ video for “She Likes (Bittersweet Love).” You might vaguely remember a song they made in 2008 called “She’s a Lady.” That’s not important. What is important, however, is that they somehow managed to get Pat Summerall to play himself -- as the host commentator of a weird paintball/golf hybrid tournament, we don’t really know what’s going on here -- in their video. The result ... is certainly something.
Amazing. Summerall clearly doesn’t 100 percent get what he’s involved with here, but still reads it with what was left of that fantastic voice. The lead singing bro of Forever the Sickest Kids appropriately paid tribute to him last week.
Pat Summerall's best Work ( in my opinion ) youtu.be/1X-VqlIlSwQ

We’re pretty sure that’s probably only his opinion.
