Jay-Z signs Skylar Diggins, prepared to save hockey AND women’s basketball

The deal was inked at what appears to be an art gallery but is probably a nightclub so trendy it would make your head explode. Jay-Z probably owns that, too.

Yes: On the heels of yesterday’s news that Jay-Z is reportedly interested in representing future NHL no. 1 pick Seth Jones, today we find out that Jay’s new sports agency has officially signed future WNBA star Skylar Diggins to its young roster. That’s the women’s basketball star up top, throwing up the ROC. Because it’s 2013 and holy shit yep this is all happening.

Now then: We’ve already filled this week’s quota for ridiculous things written about Jay-Z, but for the record, if Jay can successfully make it cool to like hockey AND women’s basketball, he really is the most amazing man on the planet and we should elect him President ASAP.
