FedEx Cup points standings 2013: Tiger Woods still on top

Crowne Plaza Invitational winner Boo Weekley moved from 28th to sixth in FedEx Cup points, and Matt Kuchar moved from fifth place to third.

Tiger Woods continues to hold a significant lead in the FedEx Cup standings even though he hasn’t appeared in nearly as many events as most of the other players in the top 10. Woods has appeared in only seven PGA events so far this season, but he’s won four of them and has an additional top-five finish to boot.

No other player in the top 10 can boast more than a single win on tour, but in terms of top-10 finishes, most can match the consistency that Woods has shown on tour this year. Brandt Snedeker is second in the standings, while Matt Kuchar, Kevin Streelman and Billy Horschel round out the top five.

One of the big movers this week is Boo Weekley, who jumped from 28th to sixth thanks to his win at the Crowne Plaza Invitational over the weekend. Weekley is the only new entrant into the top 10 this week, though there was some shuffling everywhere outside of the top two.

Here’s the current top 10.
