A-League names final six All-Stars

The A-League’s twenty-man roster is complete for the July 20 All-Star game against Manchester United.

A-League players from every club gathered today in Sydney for a photo shoot and the first official meeting of the entire All-Star team that will face Manchester United on July 20. The final six players were unveiled by the league, providing each club at least one member and bringing the total to twenty All-Stars.

The final group, as announced by the league via press release, includes:

Besart Berisha, Michael Theo and Liam Miller (Brisbane Roar), Rhyan Grant and Pedj Bojic (Sydney FC) and Connor Chapman (Newcastle Jets)

Now in Sydney, the All-Star group will train for the next week in preparation for the big game next weekend. Ange Postecoglou is the manager with Paul Okon and Ron Corry (GK) as his assistants. Here is the final breakdown of players by club:

Adelaide Untied - 1 (Boogard)

Brisbane Roar - 4 (Berisha, Broich, Miller, Theo)

Central Coast Mariners - 2 (McGlinchey, Rose)

Melbourne Heart - 1 (Williams)

Melbourne Victory - 1 (Celeski)

Newcastle Jets - 1 (Chapman)

Perth Glory - 1 (Risdon)

Sydney FC - 3 (Bojic, Emerton, Grant)
