NFL odds and lines 2013: Lions vs. Cardinals
The Lions and Cardinals have even odds entering the Week 2 matchup.

Despite the Lions’ better record, Arizona and Detroit have even odds, according to OddsShark.com.
The Cardinals will play host on Sunday following their Week 1 road loss against the Rams. While the Cardinals got up early and quarterback Carson Palmer came out swinging, his 327 passing yards and two touchdowns did not seal the deal for Arizona. The Rams scored 13-straight points to come back on the Cardinals and win, 27-24. The Cardinals' defense will have to hold against the Lions if Arizona is to avoid a second loss in as many weeks.
The Lions put up 34 points at home in an impressive win over the Vikings in their Week 1 matchup. Running back Reggie Bush scored once and had nearly 191 all-purpose yards. Quarterback Matt Stafford looks to be back in 2011 form as he threw for 357 yards and two touchdowns. The Lions will have to keep scoring in order to continue their winning ways.
