With the weekend’s round of pre-season games complete, there remain just three weeks of the seemingly endless A-League offseason. Most clubs have two or three pre-season games left, some of which are intra-A-League affairs while the rest are against lower league competition. Central Coast Mariners just left for Indonesia where they will compete for the Menpora Cup through September 24.

Seven pre-season games are between A-League clubs, though the first will be played behind closed doors. Only one, the aforementioned Melbourne Victory-Adelaide United tie, will take place at an A-League ground. The rest are spread around suburban areas or nearby towns.
