It looks like Matt Ryan may have to wait for a game-time decision to figure out if one of his top weapons will be on the field against the Saints. There are conflicting reports regarding wide receiver Roddy White's availability for the Week 1 matchup against New Orleans. The Pro Bowler has been listed as questionable with an ankle injury on the Falcons' official injury report.
Falcons injuries: Conflicting reports on Roddy White’s availability, Asante Samuel questionable
Wide receiver Roddy White and cornerback Asante Samuel have cloudy statuses heading into Sunday’s game against the Saints.

White is known for being durable; the wide receiver has never missed a game in eight seasons. He has a streak of 128 consecutive games played heading into Week 1. He has also had over 1,000 yards receiving in each of the last six seasons.
White's teammate, cornerback Asante Samuel, also has a cloudy availability for Sunday's game. Samuel is battling a thigh injury that he suffered in an Aug. 24 preseason game against the Tennessee Titans. The Pro Bowler missed just one game last season, his first with Atlanta.
Both Samuel and White were limited in practice all week. Linebacker Stephen Nicholas is also listed as questionable on the team’s injury report. Like Samuel, Nicholas is also sidelined with a thigh injury.
The Falcons take on the Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome at 1 p.m. ET.
