The Giants are looking to fill holes in their secondary following the lose of Prince Amukamara. The third-year cornerback was injured in a collision with a teammate in the second quarter of the Week 1 matchup between the Giants and the Cowboys on Sunday night. The former first-round pick suffered a concussion as a result of the impact of smashing into teammate Ryan Mundy.

The Giants have lost Price Amukamara to a concussion following a collision with safety Ryan Mundy.


Amukamara is one of the Giants starting cornerbacks and will be a big loss for the second half of the game. He will need to pass concussion tests in order to play in the Week 2 matchup against Peyton Manning and the Broncos at Meadowlands Stadium. Veteran Aaron Ross is listed as Amukamara's direct backup at right cornerback and will tasked with covering Cowboys' receivers Dez Bryant and Miles Austin for the rest of Sunday's contest.
The Cowboys currently lead the Giants 20-10 in the third quarter.
