Winter X Games 2014: Lindsey Jacobellis, Nate Holland win gold again
Some history was made at the X Games on Friday with Lindsey Jacobellis and Nate Holland winning gold.

Jacobellis and Holland aren’t unfamiliar with X Games gold, adding to their impressive resumes. They were just two of five athletes to come away with a gold on Friday. Here is a complete look at the results from Day 2 of the 2014 Winter X Games:
Women’s Snowboarder X
Jacobellis edged out Eva Samkova for the gold medal, the eighth time she’s won the event in her career. Her eight X Games gold medals are a new women’s X Games record. The victory also caps off a long recovery from the knee injury she suffered in 2012. She’s undergone multiple knee surgeries since. She said the win was like “icing on the cake.” Samkova won the silver medal while Helene Olafsen finished third and took home the bronze.
