In the fourth inning of a scoreless game, Brandon Crawford, he of the exquisite hair, deposited an Edinson Volquez curveball into the right field seats for a grand slam. Volquez hadn't allowed much in the early going, but had been working deep counts, and had loaded the bases with no outs.
Volquez settled down post-grand slam to retire the next three batters.
