It's Week 6, but the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers will already play their second game against one another Sunday afternoon. The Steelers won the first outing, 30-27, after squandering a 24-point halftime lead, kicking a game-winning field goal as time expired.
Fantasy football sit/start advice, Week 6: Steelers vs Browns
The season’s first rematch pits a pair of AFC North rivals.

For the rematch, the teams come in mostly healthy from a fantasy perspective. The Steelers have no fantasy-relevant players on their injury report, while the only fantasy-relevant Browns on the list -- tight end Jordan Cameron and running back Ben Tate -- are both expected to be fully active for Sunday's game.
The team’s play in Cleveland at 1 p.m. ET Sunday, and here’s a look at the fantasy names to consider in the game:
STEELERS
Start 'em: Few players have been as consistently productive so far this season as Le'Veon Bell, who is an obvious RB1 every week he's out there. ... Sunday was Antonio Brown's worst game of the season so far, and he still produced eight fantasy points. He's a definite play.
Start 'em?: If Ben Roethlisberger can't put up big numbers against Jacksonville, it's tough to fully rely on him against Cleveland. He's a reasonable QB2, but that's about it unless you have Drew Brees on a bye this week. ... Shaun Suisham has really tailed off in his kicking the last couple weeks. He's a fine starter, but not the top choice he had been. ... The Steelers' defense has three rough games, one good one, and one good-one-with-a-caveat against Jacksonville, which shouldn't really count.
Sit 'em: You aren't using LeGarrette Blount unless Bell gets hurt. He's handcuff-only right now. ... You can't use Markus Wheaton until he proves a lot more. He's just a end-of-roster stash. ... Heath Miller had a good game in Week 4, but otherwise, he's done almost nothing for fantasy. Hold off.
Start in every league: Le’Veon Bell, Antonio Brown
Start if you’re desperate: Ben Roethlisberger, Shaun Suisham, Defense/special teams
Bench: LeGarrette Blount, Markus Wheaton, Heath Miller
BROWNS
Start 'em: It was a strong return to action for Ben Tate, after missing basically the entire season before Week 5. As long as he's healthy, he's a strong starter. ... It's been a disappointing start to the season for Jordan Cameron, between injury and ineffectiveness, but with the position struggling overall, he's still a back-end starter.
Start 'em?: Sunday was Brian Hoyer's first interception of the season, and he's thrown six touchdowns. He's averaged just over 15 fantasy points a game. He's a QB2, but not an awful one. ... Billy Cundiff has kicked for at least eight fantasy points in three of four games.
Sit 'em: The return of Tate renders Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell as little more than roster depth. ... The Browns' receiving corps of Miles Austin, Andrew Hawkins and Travis Benjamin have each had their moments this season, but none of the three is offering enough consistency to start unless you're desperate. Hawkins becomes interesting in PPR leagues, but even that was a wash in Week 5. ... The Browns' defense has been touted as a good one, but that's almost entirely because of cornerback Joe Haden; as a whole, the unit isn't special.
Start in every league: Ben Tate, Jordan Cameron
Start if you’re desperate: Brian Hoyer, Billy Cundiff
Bench: Terrance West, Isaiah Crowell, Miles Austin, Andrew Hawkins, Travis Benjamin, Defense/special teams
