Though nearly every position has continued suffering significant losses with every passing week, the upper echelon of quarterbacks remains surprisingly intact. With great health, however, comes great responsibility (or something like that) as decisions to start and fade particular names now becomes an even tougher assignment. And, of course, when you think you have it right, and you confidently believe not a single item can so much as think about going wrong, Tom Brady (No. 18 last week) takes the field and throws for 292 yards and two touchdowns. Did I mention I love this job?
Fantasy football rankings, Week 6: Quarterbacks
With a large number of great matchups to exploit, the Week 6 quarterback rankings should help you decide which player to choose.

Still, in the end, it's all about the process. Results are nigh when you go through the motions and do everything prior to a bounce of the ball correctly. If starting Brady was the wrong decision, it's still the wrong decision if he throws for 600 yards. And wouldn't you know it, there are a few more discrepancies to cipher through as we continue to perfect the process heading into Week 6. In fact, let's take a look at a few of the names that are being approached differently.
Aaron Rodgers: Though his numbers didn't show it, Rodgers' performance against Minnesota truly was a thing a beauty. He was both efficient and benefited from a gaudy Eddie Lacy (FINALLY!!!!!!) evening. But the Miami Dolphins have currently allowed the third-fewest passing yards in the league, which makes another great performance difficult to foretell. If anything, we can look back and see the Dolphins have faced Brady (whatever), EJ Manuel (ugh), Alex Smith (replacement level) and Derek Carr (who?). Yeah, you're starting Rodgers.
Matthew Stafford: Stafford has given you two games to hang your hat on and three that rid him to any and every bench. Even worse, the Minnesota Vikings might have one of the more unheralded defenses in the NFL. Without Calvin Johnson, it might be another tough day under center for the Detroit Lions.
Tom Brady: Of course. Ranked as our QB14 this week, the emphasis remains on trust. Was that the New England Patriots offense we're going to see every week? Will they continue running a heavy dose of 12 personnel? Are we sure that was the same offensive line from past weeks? Trust, is all.
Kirk Cousins: He's somewhere in between his performance against the New York Giants and his performance against the Seattle Seahawks. It's up for you to decide.
Just get the process right and you'll be fine.
