Breeders’ Cup 2014 live stream: How to watch online

Saturday’s action at the 2014 Breeders’ Cup begins with the 14 Hands Winery Juvenile Fillies.

The 2014 Breeders’ Cup continues Saturday with nine races on the docket, with the highlight coming in the $5 million Classic to close out the evening. Shared Belief is the slight favorite over California Chrome and Tonalist.

In the four-race slate Friday, the favorites held serve. It with Hootenanny winning the Juvenile Turf as the prohibitive favorite at 3-1. Next up was the Dirt Mile, where Goldencents ran 1 mile in 1:35.16 to win the race. Lady Eli cruised to a 3 1/2-length win over Sunset Glow in the Juvenile Fillies Turf. In the final race, the Longines Distaff took place with Untapable, a 5-2 favorite, claiming her sixth win in seven races this season.

Now, we get nine more races Saturday at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, Calif. The action starts with the 14 Hands Winery Juvenile Fillies, where 2-year-old Feathered looks for her second lifetime win over favorite Angela Renee, who is coming off a win last month in the Chandelier Stakes at Santa Anita. It continues with the Filly & Mare Turf, and ends with the Classic at 8:35 p.m. ET.

The running of the 31st Breeders’ Cup Classic will be televised live by NBC Sports Group. Live coverage of Saturday’s action runs from 3:30 to 8 p.m. ET on NBCSN and 8 to 9 p.m. on NBC, or online at NBC Sports Live Extra. Complete odds for the weekend can be found at the Breeders’ Cup website.
