Tony Romo should suit up for the Dallas Cowboys this week, looking to make a triumphant return when he faces the Jacksonville Jaguars in London. A back injury sidelined Romo in a Week 9 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
Sammy Watkins, Tony Romo headline NFL injury report for Week 10
The list of major NFL injuries heading into the weekend is long, headlined by Tony Romo and Sammy Watkins.

Romo practiced Thursday and Friday, and is listed as probable on the Cowboys' final injury report, so expect to see him play against a Jaguars defense that ranks 25th in pass defense.
The Bills could be without their top pass catcher this week when they take on a surging Kansas City Chiefs team. Watkins suffered a groin injury during Wednesday's practice. Though it was initially believed to be minor, Watkins missed practice Thursday and Friday, and is now listed as "questionable" to play against Kansas City.
“I don’t know. That’s the coach’s decision whether I should play,” Watkins said Friday, per WGR-AM’s Joe Buscaglia. “It’s a long season.”
The rookie receiver out of Clemson has 38 catches for 590 yards and five scores on the season, including 12 receptions for 279 yards and three scores over his last two games.
Buffalo Bill RB Fred Jackson
In addition to Watkins, the Bills could also be without their top running back, though Fred Jackson was never expected to play this week. A groin strain in Week 8 was supposed to sideline him for 3-4 weeks, but he recovered quickly enough to begin practicing this past week.
Jackson is also listed as “questionable” on the final injury report. After Bills head coach Doug Marrone said Thursday that Jackson is “not ready” for game action just yet, Marrone said Friday that it is possible the veteran running back could play.
“He’s progressing. He’s not 100 percent yet,” said Marrone, per the team’s official website. “So we’ll see how it goes the next couple of days. We haven’t made a decision either way.”
Head coach Jim Harbaugh announced that inside linebacker Patrick Willis was listed as "questionable" for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints.
Willis is dealing with a lingering toe injury that has sidelined him for the past two games, but it still doesn’t look like he’ll play this week.
The 49ers have been one of the more disappointing teams of 2014, but there’s still time for them to rebound and get to the postseason. Willis’ return would help.
The Bears could be down one of their top offensive weapons when they try to end a two-game losing streak this week. Tight end Martellus Bennett is listed as “questionable” after missing practice Friday because of a rib injury. He suffered the injury during practice this week.
Bennett has 47 catches for 517 yards and five touchdowns on the season. He has been one of the few bright spots for a Bears team that has lost four of its last five games.
The Lions’ offense should get a huge boost this week with the return of All-Pro receiver Calvin Johnson and dynamic running back Reggie Bush from ankle injuries. Both were close to being ready for Week 8, but were held out as a precaution to allow more time to heal over the bye week. Now they're poised to return after being listed as "probable" on the team's final injury report.
The Seahawks got a bit of a scare when Pro Bowl running back Marshawn Lynch suffered a calf injury, but it shouldn't hold him out against the New York Giants. Lynch fully participated in Friday's practice, and the team listed him as "probable" on the final injury report. The veteran back has 772 all-purpose yards on the year to go with eight touchdowns.
New York Giants RB Rashad Jennings
While the Seahawks should have their starting running back, the same cannot be said for the Giants. Rashad Jennings continues to suffer from a sprained MCL he suffered in Week 5, though he did manage to go through a second straight day of practice Friday. Still, the Giants listed Jennings as “doubtful” to play against Seattle. He’ll likely be back for next week’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.
