Heat fans welcome LeBron James back to Miami

For several days, the question was whether Miami fans would boo or cheer LeBron James when he was introduced in the starting lineup. SB Nation’s Heat blog Hot Hot Hoops hoped they’d cheer. In the end, they mostly listened. There were a smattering of boos, but for the most part, Heat fans cheered the man that left to return to Cleveland.

That appreciation was a carryover from pregame.

And now, the game can get underway -- once LeBron and Dwyane Wade hug each other.
