Rick Nash welcomes Brian Dumoulin to the NHL with a sweet goal

A rookie mistake led to a beautiful goal.

The Pittsburgh Penguins decided to pair rookie defenseman Brian Dumoulin with veteran Paul Martin on Monday against the Rangers.

They might want to revisit that decision, because Rick Nash ate Dumoulin alive on a sweet goal in the second period. Dumoulin got himself lost on a chipped in pass and Nash just finished the play from there. It was Nash's 18th goal of the season, so making sure Dumoulin isn't on the ice when Nash is might be a priority for the Rangers now.

Although we have to give some credit to Mats Zuccarello for the sweet chip pass to set the whole thing up.
