Untapable is the Oaks’ prohibitive favorite at 4-5. Untapable, ridden by Rosie Napravnik, has won both of her starts this year by a combined 17 3/4 lengths, earning her status for Friday’s race as the filly to beat. Napravnik notably became the first female jockey to win a Kentucky Oaks when she won aboard Believe You Can in 2012.

Untapable is starting from the No. 13 post. No horse has won the Oaks from that position in the 13 previous races in which 13 horses have started since 1930, when starting gates were first used.
The second choice is Fashion Plate, coming in at 6-1 odds.
Live coverage from Churchill Downs begins at 3 p.m. ET and can be streamed at NBCSports.com or the NBC Sports Live Extra app. The Oaks is the 11th race of the day, and post time is approximately 5:45 p.m. ET.
