Derek Jeter completed what might have been his last at-bat in Yankee Stadium, rolling a broken-bat ground ball toward the shortstop. With the bases loaded, J.J. Hardy could have gone to any base, but chose the shortest option, throwing toward second. His throw was offline, allowing two runs to score on the error.
