This is what choking looks like folks. LGD Gaming was the Group D favorite and one of the teams thought to be a lock for the League of Legends World Championships finals, but they have completely lost themselves. Never was this more apparent than on Sunday when Team SoloMid walked in, stole their lunch money and stomped them into the ground.
League of Legends World Championships: LGD Gaming lose AGAIN, get steamrolled by Team SoloMid

LGD’s picking has been questionable in each of their three losses, but this took on a new level against TSM. They allowed Mordekaiser through the ban stage, daring TSM to select him. It was a huge miscalculation by LGD who assumed their bottom lane could counter the Mordekaiser pick.
This is how things began, and it went worse from there.
