If Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford and Washington quarterback Kirk Cousins had played their Sunday game against one another like they played their first three weeks, Sunday’s game might have been a mess. Instead, the two quarterback each played their best games of the season, with Cousins and Washington ultimately coming out on top, 23-20.
Sam Bradford, Kirk Cousins both offer season-best numbers for fantasy owners
Both quarterbacks crushed their previous 2015 bests. We break down the fantasy implications.

Bradford completed 15 of his 28 pass attempts Sunday for 270 yards and three touchdowns, adding 14 rushing yards. Cousins threw more, going 31-of-46 for 290 yards and a score, plus one rushing yard that went for a touchdown. Neither quarterback turned the ball over.
Fantasy impact: After 13, 6 and 8 fantasy points in his first three games of 2015, Bradford put up 23 Sunday. Cousins saw a similar leap, going from 7, 12 and 14 up to Sunday’s 21 points. Neither quarterback has been very popular in fantasy circles so far, but those that used them Sunday had to be happy.
Not that either performance should be seen as a huge surprise; the Eagles and Washington regularly play high-scoring games against one another, with quarterbacks often doing well as a result. The question then becomes one of sustainability. Cousins and Washington travel to Atlanta for Week 5, while Bradford and the Eagles host the Saints. That bodes better for Bradford than Cousins. Both will rise in the rankings after showing they can produce some numbers, but some consistency will be needed before they reach starting territory.
