The Kobe Bryant farewell tour continued in Washington on Wednesday night and once again fans on the road showed their appreciation.
Washington fans chant Kobe Bryant’s name even after he beat the Wizards
Those “Kobe!” chants came during postgame and just minutes after Bryant helped the Lakers beat the Wizards with a pair of clutch shots. Philadelphia fans chanted for Kobe on Tuesday and the 76ers even presented him with a jersey. Bryant has caught plenty of flack from opposing fans during his career, but it appears announcing his retirement was all he needed to do to become a fan favorite.
