Jay Mariotti refuses to deny that he farted

OH WAIT THIS NEVER HAPPENED. Sure, he denies sending the tweet, but the truth is he refuses to offer any clarification on whether or not he farted. Perhaps somebody in the room was so offput by the flatulence that they felt the need to steal the account info? Until Mariotti clarifies, we’ll never know.
(BTW, we think this is an incredibly transparent way to pick up followers on a relatively new Twitter account so more people know about Jay’s new gig, considering he was on to tweeting about his next column less than 10 minutes after his fart tweet.)
