Being a ball boy is a lot like being a football longsnapper. Not a lot of people notice you unless something goes wrong. Unfortunately for the San Francisco Giants ball boy, a lot of people noticed him on Friday.

He apparently hit a patch of slippery grass and ended up going spikes first into the umpire’s legs while the baseballs he was trying to deliver went every which way. The umpire really let him down by not throwing up a safe sign to help him play it off. C’mon ump!
