Every now and then, athletes will give away cleats or a jersey in an act of goodwill toward their fans. Typically, that’s where it ends, but it didn’t this time for the injured Washington cornerback.
The guy forgot that he had special insoles, so he needs them back. If you or anyone you know is in possession of them, please return them. According to Hall himself, you will be kindly rewarded:
