Dodger Stadium is on Vin Scully Avenue now, like it should be

It was one of those ideas that made so much sense, it took a couple decades to figure it out. Dodger Stadium used to be at 1000 Elysian Park Ave. It’s now at 1000 Vin Scully Avenue.

There aren’t a lot of things that a city council will pass unanimously. An honor for Vin Scully, disliked only by weirdos and communists, is one of them. The 88-year-old Scully might retire after the 2016 season, but the avenue will be there long after that.
