Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Josh Huff was arrested Tuesday morning for speeding and in possession of marijuana and a gun, according to CBS Philly.

According to Zach Berman of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Huff was charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, as well as carrying a 9mm handgun and six hollow-point bullets. ProFootballTalk adds that Huff was charged with DUI. Huff was arrested on the Walt Whitman Bridge, and the Camden County Prosecutor’s office is investigating. He is due in court on Nov. 15.

Huff was the Eagles’ third-round pick in 2014 out of Oregon. This season, Huff has 13 catches for 72 yards and one score. Huff is eighth on the team in receiving. He also took a kickoff back for a 98-yard touchdown in Week 7 against the Minnesota Vikings.

The Eagles released a short statement on Huff’s arrest:

A marijuana infraction falls under the league’s substance abuse policy. Players can be disciplined for refusing to test, failing a test, or manipulating the sample. For Huff, he would be involved in Stage One of the Intervention program, where the medial director would evaluate him, and come up with a treatment plan for him.

Huff could be in Stage One for up to 90 days, and if he completes it successfully, he would be discharged. If not, there is a Stage Two, and Stage Three.
