The Minnesota Vikings have had a rough four weeks. Not only have they lost four consecutive games, but they’ve also lost three offensive tackles during the year.
The Vikings have lost 4 straight games and 3 offensive tackles
They are just having the worst luck.

On Sunday, Jake Long ruptured his Achilles and was announced as out for the rest of the season after being carted off in the Vikings’ loss against Washington. Long signed with the team last month.
Matt Kalil was the first Vikings offensive tackle to be lost for the season after suffering a hip injury back in September. Andre Smith, another starting tackle for the Vikings, went on the injured reserve in mid-October because of a triceps injury.
The injuries on the offensive line have been part of why their offense has suffered tremendously of late, and Long’s is just another sign that things don’t appear to be turning around for them anytime soon.
Three of their four consecutive losses have been on the road. The Eagles, Bears, Lions, and now Washington have been able to get the best of Mike Zimmer’s struggling squad.
