Philip Rivers moved up the NFL’s career passing list on Sunday, completing his 301st touchdown to pass John Elway for eighth all-time.

Rivers found Hunter Henry for a 7-yarder, securing that coveted 300th touchdown.
Rivers then completed his 301st touchdown pass to Tyrell Williams in the fourth quarter to give his team the lead over the Dolphins.
Rivers has been one of the best passers in the NFL this season, with 2,560 yards, 17 touchdowns, and a 63.4 percent completion rate to just seven interceptions going into Sunday’s game.
The Chargers quarterback joins his fellow 2004 draft class member Eli Manning in the 300 club, as Manning has 306.
For his career, Rivers has had over 44,000 yards, and completed nearly 65 percent of his passes. The 34-year-old hasn’t had much luck in the playoffs, but his stats have always been there through the duration of his career.
